How it all started
Once upon a wok, in the vibrant city of Larnaca, Cyprus, a dream was born in 2003. Andreas Sarri, a passionate chef, decided to bring the flavors of China to the shores of the Mediterranean. With a sprinkle of determination and a dash of culinary magic, Andreas Sarri opened the doors to "Shanghai."
